At ABSENT MINDS, we stand behind the quality of our pieces. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — within the terms below.

1. How to Request a Return
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Your email must include:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Requests sent without sufficient information may delay processing.
2. What Happens Next?
We aim to review all requests within 7 working days.
If your return is approved, we will provide:
• The correct return address
• Detailed return instructions
Important:
Returns sent without prior written confirmation will not be accepted.
3. Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be:
• Unused
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
We do not accept items that are:
• Worn
• Stained
• Damaged
• Altered
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
ABSENT MINDS does not offer Freight-To-Collect (FTC) services.
4. Manufacturing Variations
As our products are produced through professional garment manufacturing processes, minor variations may occur.
These may include slight differences in:
• Garment measurements
• Fabric texture
• Color appearance
• Print placement
Please note that a size difference within the 1–3 cm range shown in the size chart is considered a normal manufacturing tolerance and does not qualify as a defect or a reason for return.
We always strive to ensure the highest possible consistency in every piece.
5. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
• Funds will be returned to the original payment method
• Refunds will be processed in the original purchase currency
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Tights
• Underwear
• Pajamas
• Swimsuits
• Socks
• Face masks
(For hygiene reasons)
Additionally, the following are non-returnable:
• Deliberately damaged items
• Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
• Orders delayed due to incorrect information provided by the customer (wrong address, phone number, etc.)
